At first, we created the system using OpenAI and VectorShift, which worked well for basic text-based and voice-only simulations. But soon, our client needed something more flexible: they wanted users to speak their replies while still getting text-based prompts—a mix VectorShift didn’t support. So, we rebuilt everything from the ground up using OpenAI and Next.js.
Now, the chatbot runs in a web browser and supports both voice-to-text and typed responses. This means users can speak naturally into their microphone, and the AI will turn that into text, continue the conversation, and give helpful feedback—no phone calls required.
How It Works
- The user starts a training session on the website.
- The system presents a prompt—a sales scenario powered by OpenAI.
